Focus Beam Profile

the focus beam profile (FBP) is special development for measurement of focus form and position of the ultra-short pulse laser. Three are three main wavelength 1030/1064, 515/532, 343/355nm. The Focus diameter can be measured from 5µm to 100µm. Beam power should be from 50mw to 500mW achieve the best beam quality. The higher power can be measured with additional beam sampler.

M2 Function

It is suitable for 3rd party stage for manual measurement of whole profile, full automated M2 is also available as an option.

The measurement is ISO 11146 compliant. Result of beam diameter can be saved in text format in each surface.

Beam Attenuation

Beam Sampler

The Beam Sampler is designed with double wedge plate to get only the small percentage of power, attenuate is about 0.1%. With the high threshold of Fused Silica is suitable to be used for high power applications.

Neutral Density Filters

ND Filters are available with wide range of opticsl densities (OD). The special Flatness has been used to reduce the distortion of beam wavefront.
