With more than 10 years of experience in beam profile measurement with ultra short pulse lasers, we have developed and manufactured laser beam profile in high quality to meet the requirement of the industry, for process development as well as for quality control in the production. It is strongly recommended to measure size of the raw beam and focus beam after installation of laser system. Focus beam position can be measured and stabilized to reach the highest precision and long time stability.
